Raidecom

Terms of Service

Last updated: April 2026

Agreement

By hiring Raidecom's services, you accept these terms and conditions. These terms govern the relationship between Raidecom ("we") and the client ("you") for all software development, automation, and digital consulting services.

Services

Raidecom offers software development and AI implementation services, including but not limited to:

  • AI Readiness Audit (5-day diagnostic + plan)
  • AI-First Implementation (4-8 weeks until it's up and running)
  • AI-First Ecosystem (several products connected together)

Work process

Our process starts with a 30-minute strategy call to understand your operation. We then present a proposal with defined scope, cost, and timeline. Work begins once both parties accept the proposal. We show you progress every week and leave it running before the final invoice.

Payments and billing

Payment terms are agreed per project and specified in the proposal. The Audit (T1) is billed in full at the start. The T2 and T3 options are billed as an upfront payment plus a monthly fee. Payment is made via bank transfer or through agreed methods.

Intellectual property

Once full payment is completed, the client receives ownership of the software and materials developed specifically for their project. Raidecom keeps the rights to its own general-purpose tools and components that already existed and were not created exclusively for the client.

Confidentiality

All information shared during the work process is treated as confidential. We do not disclose your project details, business data, or technical information to third parties without your express authorization. This obligation remains in effect even after the business relationship ends.

Limitation of liability

Raidecom commits to delivering work of professional quality. However, we are not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, or damages arising from the use of the software once delivered. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

Cancellation

Either party may cancel the service with prior written notice. If the client cancels after work has begun, completed work up to the cancellation date will be billed. There are no penalties or hidden charges.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For any disputes, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Quintana Roo, Mexico.
