Field-to-back-office unified · 100 hrs/mo recoveredYour field techs document the work twice. Once on paper. Once for the customer.
Industrial OEMs and field-service operators get stuck between a system nobody updates in real time and paper reports that lose information the moment the tech drives away. We rebuild your operation with AI: field documentation, service standardization, back-office invoice reconciliation, and intelligence on your competitors — all running on a system you own.
What's actually breaking
Five places revenue and reputation stall in industrial ops.
- 01
Field techs spend 100 hrs/month on documentation that never reaches the right system.
Service reports filled on paper, photos lost on personal phones, signatures on PDFs nobody organizes. The data your coordinator needs to schedule next week's visit lives in three places, none of them searchable.
- 02
Service quality varies 40% between best and worst tech, with no method to close the gap.
The best tech finishes a job in 90 minutes with no return trips. The newest tech takes 3 hours and forces a callback. The know-how lives in the senior tech's head — until they retire. Standardizing through HR training alone doesn't work.
- 03
Back-office invoice reconciliation eats two AR staff full-time and still misses 8% of billables.
Work orders, parts used, labor hours, customer signatures, billing rates — every job means reconciling four systems before the invoice can go out. The invoice goes out a week late, minimum. Disputes peak at 12% of revenue.
- 04
Knowing how your competitors quote is a quarterly Excel rebuild.
Your sales engineers ask 'how is competitor X pricing this kind of work right now' and nobody has a real answer. Knowing how many bids you win and lose depends on data the firm has but cannot pull on a deadline.
- 05
Equipment uptime data is locked inside the manufacturer's portal, behind their gate.
Your field equipment data is spread across 4-6 different manufacturer portals. Pulling uptime, how often each machine fails, and what the warranty covers into a single dashboard is the difference between selling maintenance contracts up front and constantly putting out fires on thin margins.
How we ship it
Three levels. Same system, same architecture, same team.
Start with a paid audit, put live an assistant that documents field work and reconciles your back-office invoicing, or rebuild your entire industrial operation. At every level the system is yours and runs on infrastructure you control.
T1 · Audit
Find where AI gives you the biggest result in your industrial operation.
A 5-day audit across your field documentation, service standardization, invoice reconciliation, competitor intelligence, and equipment data. A 47-point review. The roadmap is yours.

T2 · Implementation
Put live an assistant that documents field work and reconciles your back-office invoicing.
Your techs document from their phone with photos, voice, and simple forms, and the system reconciles work orders, parts used, labor, and invoicing on its own. Live in 4-8 weeks. Handles 100+ languages from day one, ideal for border or international crews.
From $5,000 setup + $3,000/mo
4-8 weeks to production
T3 · Ecosystem
Your whole industrial operation connected, field to back-office, working as one system.
A complete system: a field documentation assistant, a method to standardize service, automatic invoice reconciliation, competitor intelligence, and a dashboard that pulls together data from all your equipment. All your systems connected and working as one. If you want, we can work on a results-based model (you pay based on the billable hours you recover).
From $25,000 setup + $5,000/mo
8-12 weeks · optional results-based model
Engineering proof
A platform that organizes thousands of records is the same foundation that connects your field with your office.
Platform at scale: 4,138 active records, organized by category and by location.
For a large-scale platform we built a system that organizes 4,138 records by category and by location, cross-references them, and answers any query in under a second. That same foundation works for your industrial operation: field reports come in as organized information, get cross-referenced instantly with work orders, parts, and labor, and give you clear answers in seconds, not days.

Frequent questions from ops directors and plant managers
What operators in your shoes ask before the call.
How does this work offline at remote sites or in low-signal field conditions?
It does. The phone app saves everything on the device itself. Your techs document on the device — photos, voice notes, forms — and the data syncs on its own when the signal comes back. The system reconciles everything afterward, on its own. Your crews never wait for a signal to finish a job.
How does it connect with our current system — SAP, NetSuite, Odoo, or Epicor?
Every modern system has a way to connect with others — even the SAP installs that pretend they don't. We identify what matters to you (work orders, parts, labor hours, customer data), build the connection in both directions, and hand it to you under your name, with no monthly fees per connection. If you ever switch systems, the connection goes with you.
What does my operation need to qualify?
An industrial OEM, field-service operator, or contract manufacturer with $5M-$100M in annual revenue, 20-300 staff, a system already in use, and an ops director or owner who can act on the recommendations without a 6-month committee. We do not work with operations that aren't generating revenue yet.
Do you take equity or a share of sales?
We do not take any part of your company. At the most complete level (Tier 3) we can work on a results-based model, tied to something measurable: billable hours you recover, fewer return trips, or better margin on your contracts. Only when the improvement can be measured in your own systems.
What about union or labor-agreement rules on documentation tools?
We design every system to support the work the tech already does, not to replace them. The phone capture replaces the clipboard, not the person. Labor agreements usually limit how routes are assigned and surveillance — and none of that is part of what we ship. Your labor counsel reviews the proposal before we put anything live.
